:: Exodi :: Lily Exclusives – Three Makeups, One Great Price, Limited Time
An exclusive skin pack has been released for a limited time at Exodi’s Fusion Crossing location (SLURL)!
The Fusion Pack includes three makeups, Osmosis, Fusion and Hybrid. These three makeups, like all other Lily makeups, come in both a regular version (shown in the poster above) and a faded, less intense version to allow for maximum use and enjoyment! The skins also come with both light and dark eyebrows, as usual. I have ALSO included my very first pair of prim eyelashes with this skin pack!
These makeups are only available at Exodi’s Fusion Crossing location (SLURL), so don’t miss out! You will find them to the left of the landing spot, in the Fusion Crossing Exclusives display area. For $1600L (that’s right — $1600L!) you can add these three skins (six, if you include the faded versions of the makeup) to your Exodi Lily arsenal!
To compliment these skins, I have also released a Fusion Crossing exclusive SHAPE… meet Lillith! Lillith is sold mod/copy and is a stunning shape for the Lily skin.
Both of these items are only up for a limited time, so time is crucial! You don’t want to miss out on these three exclusive makeups and shape. Head on over to Exodi at Fusion Crossing (SLURL) and grab these babies while they’re hot!

Build Your Own Fatpack at EXODI
Want a deal on a skin fatpack, but hate paying full price for lots of skins when you might not wear all of them? Have no fear! The Build Your Own Fatpack Card is here! :D
To use your card:
1. First, you must purchase a Build Your Own Fatpack card from the Exodi main store. For the price of any other pre-made fatpack in the store ($5,000L), you will INSTANTANEOUSLY gain access to ANY 8 skins in the store. That’s right! ANY 8 skins, INSTANT access. No notecards with skin names, no coupon transfers, no prepaying, NO WAITING!
2. Once you have purchased a card, wear it to activate it.
** NOTE: If you have purchased more than one card, you MUST WEAR all of them in order to activate them. Each card you purchase will add to your fatpack point balance.**
3. When your card has been activated, left click on any Exodi skin vendor (or right-click and select “Card…”) to receive menu options.
4. From the menu, select “Fatpack”.
5. Click “Redeem” to redeem one of your points for the skin!
6. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you are a Beck Bucks card holder at the time of your card activation, you WILL EARN 50 Beck Bucks for the purchase of a *new* BYO Fatpack card! Replacement cards do not carry any Beck Buck point value.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Once you have been purchased your card and have been registered as a BYO Fatpack Card holder, you are *not* required to wear the card in order to redeem your points for skins. However, keep in mind, you will also not be able to keep track of your points total! It is recommended that you wear the card, if for no other reason than to see how pretty it is (I worked hard on that thing, dammit! :P)!
2. BYO Fatpack cards ARE NOT transferrable. You may not give away your card or available points.
3. If you *LOSE YOUR CARD*, you may pick up another one from the Exodi main store BYO Fatpack Lost & Found Kiosk.
4. Equipping an already-used BYO Fatpack card when you are not a currently registered BYO Fatpack card holder will result in a disabled card. If you have never purchased a BYO Fatpack card and would like to, please visit the Exodi main store to obtain your own card.
5. BYO Fatpack card points are STACKABLE. This means, if you purchase more than 1 BYO Fatpack card, wear each of them to activate them, and your points will stack together for your grand total on ONE card. For example… purchasing three cards and wearing them each to activate them first, will result in a total of 24 points to redeem for 24 skins (for the price of $15,000L!).

Shiloh & Eden Gen2 Released at EXODI
First, let me explain the name change… As of June 1, Genesis is now named Exodi (SLURL). The reason for this is kind of long and complex and, well… personal. So I’ll just leave it at that. Goodbye Genesis, hello Exodi! All mainstore landmarks should still work, have no fear! I will also be setting up an Exodi-specific update blog so I can continue with my regular blogging/tutorials/etc on RykerBeck.COM. When that is up, I’ll be sure to announce. :)
Next, let me introduce you to the two latest additions to the Exodi main store… Shiloh and Eden Gen2.
Both the Shiloh and Eden’s bodies (click the photo below for a larger view) have been a labor of love over the last month and a bit. I tried to make them much smoother and more natural than were the bodies on my last release, Candace.
For now, both skins feature 8 makeups per skin tone. Additional makeups will be released in 8-makeup lines as I’ve been doing with Candace (I think it’s just easier that way LOL!). I’ve got some GREAT makeup ideas in the works, so don’t miss out! For now, you can check out the makeups available on each line right now by clicking the images below (as you can see, Shiloh comes in 5 skin tones, Eden Gen2 in 4, both skins feature dark and light brow options):
I am really excited about everything I’ve been learning since becoming a skin creator, and I hope you’ve been enjoying it with me! All of my Plurk and Flickr friends that have given me feedback, all of the bloggers that have given me their honest input, all of you are invaluable to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so open and contributing to the development and my learning as much as you possibly can. You guys rock!
Along with the Shiloh and Eden Gen2 skins releases, there have also been 3 shapes (made specifically for the Eden, Shiloh and Candace skin lines) released at Exodi named Leila, Callie, and Danali. All shapes will be sold mod/copy and with complete style cards. I really look forward to making more shapes as further skin lines develop at Exodi. Shape creation is something I’ve always wanted to play with, and this definitely gives me the opportunity to dabble!
Another new release to go along with the new skins are the Vetro eyes, which you can see below:
That’s all for this post! Here’s the limo to Exodi. And keep an eye out for post #2 coming up here shortly where I tell you all about the Build Your Own Fatpack and Beck Bucks card systems… believe me. You won’t want to miss it. ;)

The Bollywood Line
For those of you who haven’t heard yet, I have released my second skin, Candace, at :: Genesis :: (SLURL)!
The skin comes in four tones ranging from pale (Apple) to dark tan (Coconut). It’s actually been released for a couple of weeks now, but I wanted to wait until I’d released the second makeup line to actually write it up on my blog. This, pictured above, is the second makeup line for Candace – The Bollywood Line – which is inspired by southern Asia makeup styles and colors. The initial 8 makeups, and this new line (click the photo above for a larger shot!) are now available and ready for grabs!
Of the eight makeups, I think Padma and Chokh Tepa are definitely my favorites. With this release, all four tones of Candace are available in 16 total makeups (the 8 release line makeups and the 8 bollywood line makeups). There is also a special gift skin on the subscribe-o-matic that will only be available for another day or two… so grab it while you can!

Ginger (Asian)
Cinnamon (Dark Tan)
Sesame (Mulatto)
Juniper (Darkest)
Individual skins are now $250L and fat packs are marked down to $3750L. Enjoy!
:: Genesis :: The Monarchy
I have just put out the brand new The Monarchy set for RFL! :D Click the picture below for a bigger shot.
It is an elegant, ethereal gown which includes an exclusive, unreleased jewelry set in gold and onyx with white pearls. The set includes both a full skirt, and back only, with optional glow. The Monarchy also includes a special edition of my skin, Eden, in “Monarch” makeup. The skin comes in all 8 tones, freckled and non.
How about that? A beautiful gown, a skin, and a jewelry set, all for $1500L, 100% of which will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Eden on St. Patrick’s Day
Click the above picture for a larger image!
I know you’ve all been dying to know where I’ve been. :P
I am writing this note to introduce you to the much anticipated, long-time coming first skin — Eden. A very fitting name for Genesis (SLURL) don’t you think? ;)
Eden was an “idea in progress” for around two years. When I first began playing SL, the very first thing I wanted to do was create a skin. But naturally… I didn’t know the first thing, I had no idea what I would be doing, and I didn’t even know where to start. Over time, I was able to observe and learn from other skin creators such as Eloh Eliot, whose templates have been released far and wide. While Eden is not based entirely on Eloh’s template (though I will admit to swiping the teeth from it :P), without her PSDs, I never would have understood the mechanics of skin making. And it is with her generosity that so many budding skin designers have begun to work their craft.
The creation of Eden has been covered far and wide on both Plurk and Flickr. Feel free to view the (many, many, omg many) images I’ve uploaded over the course of Eden’s creation on my Flickr page.
In celebration of one of my favorite holidays (weeee for green beer!), I thought it only fitting to release Eden on St. Patrick’s Day. Zion is closed at the moment, but will open again at 5:00 PM SLT sharp on March 17, 2009 for the inaugural release of the skin, as well as a Genesis St. Patrick’s Day hunt being held only at my main store (SLURL). The hunt will include a special St. Patrick’s Day version of the Eden skin, as well as 5 other goodies to pick up. Click the picture below for details!

I’d like to thank everyone that’s encouraged me these last few weeks with the skin. Everyone on Plurk who has offered me their feedback. My beta testers and anyone that sent me a notecard with suggestions and comments. CodeBastard Redgrave of Mechanized Life for her AMAZING freckle template, without which, Eden’s freckles would simply not be what they are (you are one talented woman, and I love you dearly <3). Gabby Panacek of Couture Conundrum for the continuous beautiful pictures and inspiration. And anyone and everyone that sent me an IM offering a compliment, feedback, or constructive criticism. You guys rock, and you helped make Eden what she is. And I am so grateful to all of you.
Woo hoo! XD <3

Belleza’s Belle
Belleza’s (SLURL) new skin line “Belle” will be coming soon, and girl… are you in for a treat. I’ve spent the better half of the last day, staring at a picture I took of myself wearing this skin… not because I’m vain (pfft, me vain? bah :P) but because I can’t get over how realistic the texture of the face is.
It’s so pretty, exotic, realistic, beautiful… I could go on. And granted, despite that I just KNOW these skins are going to be (and probably have already started being) plastered all over the Fashion Feed, I can’t help but want to be one of the bloggers singing the Belle Ballad of Praise. Despite that they haven’t been released yet, I’m so excited to share these pictures, that I can barely contain myself. Get ready to drool.
Creator: Tricky Boucher

I Will Be Reviewing:
Belleza Belle in Tan. While the closeup I post will only show one of the many available makeups, you may view other upcoming makeup availabilities here and here.
I will start this review out by saying that it is a huge jump up from the rest of the Belleza skin lines. I’ll admit, I’ve tried them all, and this is the first one that ever really kept me feeling like “me”. I’m sure we all know what I mean. It’s an identity crisis that all of us skin whores have… so many skins, so many different looks. But still the desire to keep the identity we love. It’s a hard job, being a skin lover, I tell ya.
The face, as you can probably see, is absolutely gorgeous. Truly, as someone said on my Flickr stream, it is traffic stoppingly beautiful. It gave me a bit more of an exotic look, which I love… I’m a big fan of “exoticism”. At least, where my face is concerned. The makeups are all gorgeous, though some might be a little out-of-the-water for some people. I’m actually a big fan of quirky makeups when the occassion calls for them.
The nipples on this skin have actually always been my favorite part of Belleza’s skins. They’re textured and sexy, but not huge on the breast — they’re just right. And the color always consistently matches the skin tones perfectly. I love the belly button too, and that cute little detail, the beauty mark, to the bottom right of it.
My only, and I’ll admit this is a minor and petty, continuous complaint from me: is body hair color choices and options. The eyebrows are just slightly more brown than I normally like to wear with my consistently black hair styles. And the pubic hair is also slightly brownish. Pubic hair I’m not so bothered with, but eyebrow color choices are a big deal for me, and I’m sure I’m not alone. If a skin is absolutely, stunningly gorgeous, but has blazingly red eyebrows… the likelihood of my wearing it drops significantly. Belleza’s eyebrows, despite being notably brown, are not brown ENOUGH to keep me from wanting to wear this gorgeous piece of digital deliciousness. But still… eyebrow and pubic hair options, for the win.
Also, just throwing it out there — a tintable pubic hair option on an underwear layer would be a great addition to many skin lines, I feel. Not to mention it would silence those of us that dislike pubic hair in general (no hair, no fuss, eh?!). /endtwocents
Anyway, back to the beauty.
One thing I really need to point out on this skin, that struck my attention like nothing else — the highlighting on the back of the ankles, where the achilles tendon is… is FLAWLESS. Despite that I don’t have a picture of it, I wanted to point that out. They look incredible. When these babies come out, you should definitely take a closer peek at the sheer detail of shading and highlights on this skin. It’s truely remarkable. And while we’re checking out legs, take a look at the FEET on this skin… I hope none of you are dating foot fetishists! You’ll never be able to kick them away!
Overall, I’d say that Belleza’s new skin line is a giant A+ in my Big Book of Skin Whoreish Love. And when December 10th rolls around, get to the store early (SLURL)… because I have no doubt it’ll be flooded by droves of girls, old and new, looking to upgrade to the latest Belle.
