If you need to distort the perspective of a box so that the lid remains visible, you’ll find it hard to distort the lid itself accurately. A simple solution is to duplicate the lid to a new document and then use Perspective Crop to square it up. You can then bring it back and use Free Transform with ease, to move each corner to its correct location.

This is going to be a hard meme, because honestly I’ve never given this kind of thing much thought. I mean really, who goes around PLANNING who they wanna pixel hump? But, what the hell… here goes.

1. … their avatar: Hio Taringa. I mean, really. His avatar has a smile that just melts my heart everytime I see it.

2. … their mind: Hands down, beyond a shadow of a doubt, no contest in these eyes… it would have to be Filthy Fluno. I mean, really. Who wouldn’t wanna roll around in bed with THAT stud muffin? *lol!* <3 you, Filthy. :)

3. … their poetic/mystical/creative spirit: Kriss Lehmann, undoubtedly. Anyone that can make sculpties that good can break my mold anytime. And he is DAMN sexy. *drools*

I had no idea you could play “IT!” via the blogosphere. Seems strange. Hahahahaha… BUT! This is a pretty cool idea, so… I am more than willing to participate. My friend Melanie Kidd (better known as Mela) over at Grid Expectations has tagged me to do the “Eight Random Facts” meme. This is kind of fun, so I think I will be tagging… Loki Popinjay, Nexeus Fatale, Crap Mariner, Zoe Connolly, Track Hax, Looker Lumet, Shoshana Epsilon, and Raul Crimson!

Alrighty! Here are my eight random, useless, totally biased facts:

1. I have never worn braces in my life… yet I have perfectly straight teeth. And some pretty kissable lips to boot. *muah!*

2. I have a twin brother. He is sixteen minutes older than I am. I weighed 4lbs 8oz at birth, he weighed 3lbs 12oz… Poor kid. I starved him in the womb.

3. My newest favoritist song is Umbrella by Rihanna introduced to me by the best DJ in Second Life (seriously, the best DJ in Second Life) Nexeus Fatale. If you need a DJ for an event… he is honest to god the best DJ you’ll find. Remember his name. You’ll need it. ;)

4. Using Mela’s approach here, when I was a child, I could actually “control” my dreams. I would go to sleep at night saying, “I know I’m in this dream, I know I’m in this dream,” over and over and over again, until I fell asleep. And ultimately… I would “wake up” in the dream, and be able to control events and happenings. It was WICKED. I haven’t been able to do it for years, but then again I haven’t tried.

5. I built and designed my first website when I was eleven years old — thus beginning my future design career.

6. I was attacked by a dog, broke my left wrist, was diagnosed with tuberculosis, and had a nasty bout of the flu, all within three weeks of each other, at age nine. I’m amazed I survived.

7. I don’t like chocolate… usually. Once a month or so, I’ll get a craving for peanut M&Ms (yum). And if I’m going out to dinner (which I rarely do), I LOVE LOVE LOVE hot fudge brownie sundaes and bread pudding with rum sauce. But usually… if I’m going to eat junk food, I lean more towards Skittles, Starbursts, Pringles, and Doritos. Toss in a little French onion dip, and a bucket o’ Slim Jims and we got ourselves a PAR-TAY! *SUCH a redneck*

8. I want to have Larry the Cable Guy’s babies. YES! I DO! THERE! I said it. It’s true! I can’t deny it any longer! *hangs head in shame, all dramaticlish*
